After we’ve received your Questionnaire, we are happy to answer any questions that you may have about the puppy that caught your eye, or anything else that’s on your mind!

Snooze you lose!
Once you decide that special puppy is “the one”, it’s time to place your non-refundable deposit of $500 to make it official!
We can’t hold or reserve any puppy without it!

After you've sent your deposit to reserve your puppy, we send a Health Guarantee for you to sign digitally alongside an email series to help you prepare for your new furry family member:

Upon securing a planned go-home date, or reserving a spot in line for the use of our puppy nanny, we collect final payment. If you're picking up in person, you're welcome to bring to cash to pay your final balance when you arrive!
